Returns and exchanges
If you need help with an item, contact customer care with your order number and product photos where relevant. For hygiene reasons, earrings and adhesive jewelry may be subject to return restrictions unless faulty.
Items should be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging. Final-sale or personalized items may not be returnable.
